Company
We are supporting a large multinational organisation undertaking a significant finance transformation programme as part of a wider SAP S/4HANA implementation. Operating across multiple business units and jurisdictions, the organisation is focused on improving finance processes, strengthening data quality, and establishing consistent reporting and governance standards across the group.
As part of this transformation, the business is investing heavily in finance data governance, chart of accounts design, and process standardisation to create a scalable finance operating model that supports future growth and reporting requirements.
Role
We are supporting the appointment of a Finance Business Analyst to work closely with Finance Controllers, transformation teams, and business stakeholders to improve the governance, structure, and quality of finance data within a SAP S/4HANA environment.
This role sits at the intersection of finance, data, and process transformation. The successful candidate will help define future-state finance data structures, support data governance initiatives, and ensure reporting requirements are reflected within the design of finance master data and chart of accounts structures.
The position requires a strong finance process background combined with a solid understanding of SAP architecture and finance data. This is a business-facing role where stakeholder management, challenge, and influence will be critical to success.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
