Workplace

ITV Manchester, Media City + Hybrid - expectation is 1 day in the office per week.

The team..

The Finance Continuous Improvement Team leads high-priority change initiatives across Group Finance. During periods of complex corporate transformation, our team acts as a critical anchor—realigning financial processes, systems, and structures to support evolving business requirements. We partner closely with Finance Operations, Technology, and the wider Finance and business community to design, execute, and embed robust Finance process and technology solutions.

The role..

We’re looking for a hands-on, highly adaptable Finance Business Analyst to join the Finance Continuous Improvement team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting directly to the Global Process Owner, you will play a pivotal, highly collaborative role supporting Group Finance through a major corporate separation.

This is not a traditional BA role—we need a proactive Finance SME, a naturally curious problem-solver who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves, interrogate current ways of working, and dig into operational detail.

This role sits at the intersection of finance, technology and process design. Working with both finance teams and technology partners, you’ll support the full lifecycle of change — from identifying requirements through to testing, implementation and embedding change.

Some of your key day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Working with finance teams to uncover business requirements, and map critical process and system changes.
  • Interrogating impacted finance processes to identify operational gaps, document risks and issues, and capture change management needs.
  • Working alongside finance and technology teams to deliver, test, and implement robust, fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Analysing and presenting finance process data to drive informed decision-making and support project deliverables.
  • Supporting data cleansing activities by applying core finance knowledge.
  • Supporting Global Process Owners in planning, monitoring, and delivering key project milestones on time.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
