Join us as a Finance Business Change Project Manager - Job Description/Person Specification

WithYou are recruiting for a Finance Business Change Project Manager, to join us as a key member of our Finance and Resources directorate. We’re looking to hear from individuals who have the knowledge and expertise to play a pivotal role in the transformation of our Finance systems. WithYou is investing heavily in technology and data to support our strategic ambitions and drive improvements in our operating model. While technology is our enabler, business change is our ultimate outcome.

Our financial systems transformation leads the way. We are rethinking and redesigning our financial processes and reporting as we consolidate from three legacy financial systems - including one 20-year-old core finance system - into a single, leading ERP platform. As the Finance Business Change Project Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering end-to-end business change across our financial processes and reporting. This transformation will impact all 1500+ staff and volunteers across the organisation. Working closely with our chosen ERP provider, you will oversee two major phases of implementation, ensuring successful project delivery through structured governance, clear communication and robust stakeholder engagement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
