As a Finance Business Controller, you will work closely with the Marketing Director to support financial management, commercial performance, and strategic planning across the business. You will provide financial insight and guidance on profitability, investments, pricing, promotions, and business performance while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.

Your Responsibilities
- In close collaboration with the Marketing Director, you lead budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and financial planning activities across the business unit
- Through detailed financial analysis, you provide strategic guidance on profitability, pricing decisions, investments, and business performance improvements
- In partnership with internal departments, you prepare regular reporting, business cases, and financial recommendations to support informed decision-making
- With a proactive and analytical approach, you evaluate investments, return on investment, and promotional activities through pre- and post-analysis reviews
- In cooperation with the FP&A Director, you contribute to the development and improvement of financial processes, reporting standards, and active financial management practices
- Across key business activities, you ensure accurate financial data management, rebate management, and effective cost control processes
- Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you coordinate and execute regular forecast and budget cycles while supporting strategic and tactical business initiatives
What We Are Looking For
- Degree educated or professionally qualified in finance, either part qualified or fully qualified, with a commitment to continuous learning
- Proven experience as a Business Controller or Finance Business Partner within a consumer products environment, ideally supporting Marketing or commercial functions
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to translate financial insights into practical business recommendations
- High analytical capability with a proactive mindset and the ability to identify issues, solve problems, and manage financial risks effectively
- Experience managing financial data, leading finance-related projects, and collaborating confidently with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
