Finatal is partnering with a Private equity backed Environmental Services organisation in the search for a Finance Business Partner. Following a period of investment the firm is growing its finance function and looking to hire a commercially focused finance professional to support strategic decision making across the business.

Acting as a critical bridge between Finance and the wider business, this role enables informed decision-making, safeguards financial integrity, and supports the achievement of the firm’s value creation goals.

Business Partnering & Strategy

  • Partner with business leaders to deliver financial strategies aligned to company objectives.
  • Provide financial insight to support decision-making, performance improvement, and profitability.
  • Influence key decisions through data-driven analysis and commercial challenge.
  • Build financial understanding and accountability across the business.
