Due to an urgent requirement, applicants must be immediately available or on a notice period of four weeks or less.

I am currently partnering with a leading B2B telecommunications business to recruit a Finance Business Partner (Orders & Revenue) into a high-profile commercial finance role.

This position sits at the heart of the organisation, working closely with Sales, Commercial and Operational teams to provide critical support across revenue forecasting, revenue recognition, commercial decision-making and regulatory reporting.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded qualified accountant who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, influencing decision-making and operating within a business-facing finance role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead revenue and order forecasting activities, providing accurate and insightful reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales and Commercial teams to review customer contracts, bids and new business opportunities.
  • Provide guidance and challenge around revenue recognition treatment and commercial proposals.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting and business planning processes.
  • Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Deliver meaningful insight to support commercial decision-making.
  • Support regulatory reporting requirements and compliance activities.
  • Build strong relationships across Finance, Commercial and Operational teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across reporting, forecasting and finance processes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
