Citadel Source are delighted to be partnering with a well-respected South West charity to recruit an experienced Finance Business Partner. This is an excellent opportunity to use your financial expertise to influence strategic decision-making while supporting an organisation that delivers vital services within the local community.

The role

Working closely with senior leaders and budget holders, you'll provide insightful financial analysis, lead budgeting and forecasting processes, develop business cases, and help drive informed decision-making across the organisation.

As a Finance Business Partner, your role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
  • Deliver insightful management reporting and analysis
  • Partner with managers to improve financial performance and decision-making
  • Develop business cases and evaluate new initiatives
  • Support cash flow planning and financial sustainability
  • Drive process improvements and identify efficiencies
  • Provide financial support for funding applications, tenders, and projects

What the client is looking for

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or qualified by experience
  • Experienced Finance Business Partner with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting and management reporting experience
  • Confident challenging, influencing and supporting non-finance colleagues
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills
  • Passionate about using finance to make a positive difference
