Finance Business Partner | Hybrid (3 days in office) | November/ December start
This is an exciting commercial finance role in an iconic, international business, which offers hybrid working of 3 days in the office in and 2 from home.
This role would suit a newly qualified (last 2 years) accountant who either trained in industry or from practice who is excited by working in a fast paced commercial role.
It's paying £60k + excellent bonus and benefits

- Act as the finance representative within operational leadership teams, shaping commercial performance and outcomes
- Advise on opportunities to improve profitability, manage costs and grow revenue
- Partner closely with the business to influence commercial decisions aligned to strategic priorities
- Translate financial data and insights into clear recommendations that support effective decision-making
- Partner with stakeholders to agree actions that deliver strategy, offering constructive challenge where needed
- Drive initiatives to reduce supplier costs and support commercial negotiations and contract renewals

Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insight.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing senior leadership.
