An Exciting Opportunity for a Commercially Focused Finance Professional
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially focused finance professional to join a large, international organisation operating within a fast-paced logistics and operational environment. This is a highly visible business partnering role, offering significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence strategic and operational decision-making across a global network.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Provide commercial insight and performance analysis.
- Drive operational efficiency and cost improvement.
- Support investment and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure robust financial control and governance.
- Develop meaningful performance metrics and reporting.
- Champion continuous improvement and automation.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
- Proven finance business partnering experience.
- Experience in a complex operational environment.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
- Experience with business cases and investment appraisal.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Proven people leadership and development skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on automation and efficiency.
