Are you a commercially-minded qualified accountant who thrives on influencing business performance, challenging the status quo, and turning data into strategic decisions?
We're looking for a talented qualified Finance Business Partner to join our FP&A team and play a key role in driving business performance, profitability, and growth.
What You'll Be Doing
As a trusted advisor to operational and senior stakeholders, you'll provide insight, challenge, and financial expertise that helps shape decision-making across the business.
Working closely with the Head of FP&A and Senior Finance Manager, you'll:
- Partner with operational leaders and department heads to improve financial performance
- Deliver meaningful monthly reporting and performance analysis
- Lead budgeting and rolling forecasting processes
- Build robust financial models, business cases, and investment appraisals
- Support new business tenders and contract reviews through pricing and costing analysis
- Drive process automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Help strengthen financial controls and governance across the business
What We're Looking For
You'll be a commercially aware finance professional who enjoys working closely with non-financial stakeholders and influencing business outcomes.
Essential:
- CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualified
- Strong finance business partnering experience
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build credibility and influence at all levels
- Strong Excel and MS Office skills, with exposure to finance and BI systems such as Dynamics 365, Adaptive, QlikView or Power BI
