Stanton House is exclusively partnering with a leading UK consumer telecommunications business to recruit two newly created Commercial Finance Lead positions. Following a major industry transformation, the organisation is building a new Commercial Finance structure centred around full end-to-end ownership of its high-growth value brands.
These roles offer a rare opportunity to take ownership of fast-growing, consumer-facing brands, partnering directly with commercial, marketing and leadership teams to influence strategic decision making and drive performance.

💼 The role:
You will act as the lead commercial finance partner for your assigned brand portfolio, taking ownership of financial planning, performance management and commercial decision support.

Key responsibilities include:
- Full ownership of Revenue to EBITDA performance
- Leading annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
- Delivering month-end analysis, performance reporting and executive insight
- Developing and evaluating commercial and investment business cases
- Partnering closely with trading, marketing and commercial leadership teams
- Providing challenge, recommendations and commercial guidance to stakeholders
- Managing risks, opportunities and performance improvement initiatives
- Owning forecasting models and KPI reporting
- Supporting proposition launches, pricing decisions and strategic investments
- Driving accountability and informed commercial decision making across the business
🎯 What we're looking for:
- ACA Big 4 Trained
- Minimum 2 years post-qualified experience in a medium to large corporate
- Strong commercial finance and business partnering background
- Experience developing business cases and supporting strategic decisions
- Proven forecasting, budgeting and performance management experience
- Exposure to revenue management, cost control and P&L ownership
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Previous experience within a medium-to-large organisation
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical capability
- Experience within telecommunications, consumer businesses, retail or subscription-led environments would be advantageous but is not essential.
