Finance Business Partner
Salary: £75-80,000 + bonus and benefits
Sector: Financial Services
Location: City, London (hybrid working)
We’re looking for a talented Finance Business Partner to join a leading financial services broker, partnering closely with senior business leaders across its European operations.
This is a highly commercial role for someone who can go beyond the numbers providing insight, challenging performance and helping senior stakeholders make better business decisions.

The role:
- Partner with senior leaders across multiple Business Units
- Provide commercial analysis and insight into business performance
- Own budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
- Produce finance packs with clear, insightful commentary
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities to improve performance
- Challenge and influence senior stakeholders
- Build financial models for acquisitions, team hires and investment opportunities
- Improve reporting, processes, systems and financial controls
- Support wider strategic and Group initiatives

What we’re looking for:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
- Excellent budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis skills
- Confident working with and challenging senior stakeholders
- Experience within a large or complex organisation
- Financial services, broking, advisory or professional services experience is highly desirable
