The Finance Business Partner
The Finance Business Partner will act as a trusted commercial and strategic adviser to senior leaders across the business, providing high-quality financial insight to support decision-making, improve performance and deliver the organisation's strategic objectives.

This role is based in Woking, with a well-known UK business.
Description
- Act as the primary finance partner to designated business units, functions, or senior leadership teams.
- Build strong, credible relationships with senior stakeholders and become a trusted adviser on financial and commercial matters.
- Provide clear financial insight and challenge to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Translate complex financial information into concise, commercially relevant recommendations.
- Support business leaders in evaluating strategic initiatives, investment decisions, transformation programmes, and growth opportunities.
- Challenge assumptions, identify risks, and ensure financial implications are fully understood before decisions are made.
- Lead or contribute to the annual budgeting and strategic planning process for relevant areas of the business.
- Own the financial forecasting process, ensuring forecasts are robust, evidence-based, and aligned with operational plans.
- Analyse actual performance against budget, forecast, and prior year, identifying key drivers and corrective actions.
- Develop meaningful KPIs and performance measures that support management decision-making.
- Provide regular financial performance reporting and commentary to senior management.
- Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities, and ensure these are communicated effectively.

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
- Professional accounting qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with financial modelling and reporting tools.
- The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to identifying and driving financial improvements.
Job Offer
£75,000 - £85,000 + Bonus
