About the Role
We are looking for a strategic Finance professional who serves as the point of contact for Partners and senior stakeholders, providing expertise in commercial finance, global cost and efficiency initiatives, and comprehensive performance analysis. This role will serve as primary commercial finance point of contact for the Chief Operating Officer.

Requirements
What You'll Do:
- Understand the end-to-end process from project creation to closure, provide recommendations for approval, and implementation thereof.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand the commercial substance of projects.
- Review project contracts and evaluate the accuracy and completeness of revenue recognition and cost allocations.
- Coordinate input from internal global Finance teams and external stakeholders to standardize principles and workflows.
- Lead/Support Financial control improvement programs - operating model design, process and system design, and transformation planning.
- Optimise Finance processes with digital capabilities (e.g.: Microsoft D365) and AI technologies.

Who You Are:
- Experience in Finance improvement projects.
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of Finance platforms (Microsoft D365 or similar).
- Experience in Finance process and systems design, data migration, and reporting strategy.
