HW Finance Finance Business Partner Opportunity
HW Finance are pleased to be exclusively partnering with a hugely successful retail business in West Yorkshire, to support them with the hire of a new Finance Business Partner to join the team.
About the role:
This is a hands-on role, responsible for high quality financial reporting and analysis, and business partnering key stakeholders across the division. You will be involved in performance reporting, budget and forecasting processes and will use financial insight to support decision making and drive change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the monthly management accounts process for your division, delivering timely and accurate reporting.
- Pricing and product analysis and updates.
- Producing variance analysis against budget and forecast.
- Producing weekly KPI reports for senior stakeholders.
- Business partner non-finance stakeholders, providing regular strategic support.
- Produce revenue and profitability analysis, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support commercial decision making.
- Present financial insight clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships outside of Finance.
- Ad hoc business case support.

About You:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified.
- Strong management accounting and financial analysis background.
- Proven business partnering experience.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability and confidence to liaise with and challenge senior stakeholders.
- Ability to build effective relationships and drive improvements to commercial decision making.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Analytical background, with ability to present information clearly.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proactive and commercial in approach.
