Benjamin Edwards is recruiting on behalf of an established and successful organisation for an experienced Finance Business Partner. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative finance team where you will work closely with colleagues across the business, providing financial insight, supporting informed decision-making, and helping to drive business performance.
This role offers a varied mix of financial analysis, reporting, planning, and stakeholder engagement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys combining technical finance with commercial awareness.
The Role
- Provide financial support and guidance to managers across the business.
- Produce accurate management information, financial reports, and performance analysis.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Analyse financial results, identifying trends and opportunities to improve business performance.
- Support business decision-making through insightful financial analysis and reporting.
- Present financial information clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Work with stakeholders across the organisation to improve financial understanding and reporting.
- Help develop and improve financial processes, controls, and reporting capabilities.
- Contribute to month-end and year-end activities.

The Ideal Candidate
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, or in the final stages of qualification.
- Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant, or Commercial Finance role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial information and communicate findings effectively.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial data.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Able to influence and support colleagues across different areas of the business.
- Proactive, organised, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- A positive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
