Finance Business Partner

Location: Atherstone, Warwickshire
Salary: £55k + Hybrid Working (3 days onsite) + Market Leading Benefits

Are you a commercially focused finance professional who enjoys influencing decisions, challenging performance, and partnering with senior stakeholders? We're recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join a high-performing finance team within a leading international organisation. This is a highly visible role that combines strategic insight, financial planning, performance analysis, and stakeholder engagement to support business performance and long-term decision-making.

You'll work closely with senior leaders across the organisation, providing meaningful financial insight, challenging assumptions, and helping drive improved commercial and operational outcomes. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys going beyond reporting numbers and wants to play an active role in shaping business performance.

The Role

As a Finance Business Partner, you'll be responsible for delivering financial insight, supporting strategic planning, and driving performance through robust analysis and effective stakeholder engagement. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to support business performance and strategic objectives
  • Leading budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities
  • Providing insightful financial analysis and performance reporting
  • Monitoring and interpreting financial and operational KPIs
  • Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business outcomes
  • Delivering commercial recommendations to support decision-making
  • Producing detailed management information, reports, and presentations
  • Supporting financial governance, reporting frameworks, and performance management processes
  • Undertaking ad hoc analysis to support operational and strategic initiatives
  • Working collaboratively with UK and international finance teams
  • Driving continuous improvement across reporting, planning, and decision-support processes

About You

We're looking for a proactive, commercially minded finance professional who can build strong stakeholder relationships and translate financial data into actionable business insight. You will ideally have:

  • Experience within Commercial Finance, FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or a similar analytical finance role
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning experience
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively
  • Experience presenting financial information and recommendations to senior leaders
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • A commercial mindset with a focus on driving performance and continuous improvement
