Finance Business Partner - Abingdon

Description
- Manage financial reporting and analysis to provide insights for business decisions.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimise budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations.
- Support strategic initiatives by delivering accurate financial data and analysis.
- Oversee monthly and annual financial close processes.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Work with external auditors during financial reviews or audits.

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
