Company: A PE-backed business at the forefront of technology and digital transformation is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join its finance team on an initial 6-month contract. This is a highly commercial role where you'll partner with operational and corporate functions, supporting strategic decision-making while providing financial leadership across a number of high-profile transformation initiatives.
Alongside traditional business partnering responsibilities, you'll play a key role in supporting a large-scale technology transformation programme, developing complex financial models and providing insight to help shape future investment decisions.
Responsibilities:
As the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be:
- Partnering with senior leaders across Operations, IT and Corporate Services to provide commercial financial support and challenge
- Developing and maintaining sophisticated financial models to support a large-scale technology transformation programme
- Delivering budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning across designated business areas
- Providing commercial analysis and insight to support strategic investment decisions and business performance
- Supporting organisational change initiatives, including restructuring, workforce planning and associated financial modelling
- Building strong relationships with operational stakeholders to influence decision-making and improve financial accountability
- Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting and business performance through data-driven insights
- Supporting ad hoc strategic projects as the organisation continues its transformation journey

Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be:

- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified
- An experienced Finance Business Partner with a proven track record of partnering senior operational stakeholders
- Able to demonstrate strong financial modelling capability, particularly within large transformation or technology programmes
- Experienced across budgeting, forecasting, business planning and commercial analysis
- Comfortable supporting organisational change, including restructuring, workforce planning or business transformation initiatives
- A confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across finance and non-finance functions
- Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable operating within complex, fast-paced organisations undergoing significant change
