Financial Management Support Role
Located in Stroud, this role focuses on supporting financial decision-making and ensuring efficient financial management.

Description
- Partner with operational leaders across the business, providing commercial financial support and actionable insight to drive performance.
- Produce monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts, delivering clear analysis of financial results, trends and variances.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, translating financial information into meaningful recommendations for non-finance audiences.
- Support commercial tenders, business cases and capital investment projects, assessing financial viability and return on investment.
- Present financial performance updates to management teams and provide challenge and guidance to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain robust financial controls, including balance sheet reconciliations, audit preparation and reporting accuracy.
- Contribute to group reporting requirements and support wider finance projects and initiatives as required.

- ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Confident translating financial data into clear, commercially focused recommendations.
- Proactive, analytical and commercially aware, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £50,000 to £65,000 dependent on the level of experience.
- Permanent position offering stability and growth potential.
