Senior Finance Business Partner
Milton Keynes (Hybrid Working)
£75,000 - £85,000 + Excellent Benefits
We're partnering with a well-known and highly respected organisation to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner to play a critical role in driving commercial performance and strategic decision-making across the business.
This is a highly visible position where you'll work closely with senior leaders, providing financial insight, challenge and support to help shape the future direction of the organisation. Acting as a trusted advisor, you'll bridge the gap between Finance and Operations, ensuring key decisions are underpinned by robust analysis and commercial understanding.
You'll have the opportunity to influence strategic initiatives, support business growth, improve financial performance, and help drive a culture of continuous improvement. This role would suit an ambitious, commercially-minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, challenging the status quo, and making a genuine impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary finance partner to senior stakeholders, providing support, challenge and commercial insight.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes, ensuring alignment across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
- Deliver insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Develop robust financial models to evaluate investments, growth opportunities and business initiatives.
- Review business performance, identifying risks, opportunities and actions to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Support the preparation of executive-level reporting and present financial insights to senior leadership teams.
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting, processes, controls and financial governance.
- Build strong relationships across the business, helping non-finance stakeholders understand financial performance and make informed decisions.
- Champion automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reporting quality.
- Support and mentor junior finance team members where appropriate.

About You:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance, FP&A or Strategic Finance role.
- Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and supporting key business decisions.
- Exceptional analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to turn complex data into meaningful insights.
- Experience leading budgeting, forecasting and performance management processes.
- Commercially astute with a genuine curiosity for understanding business drivers and improving performance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- Passionate about continuous improvement and finding smarter ways of working.
