Working closely with senior leadership, you'll help drive performance, support expansion plans and influence key business decisions.
Client Details
Our client is a highly successful international organisation undergoing a period of sustained growth and transformation. As part of their continued investment in finance and operational excellence, they are seeking a commercially focused Financial Controller to support a key business division.
Description
- Business partner senior stakeholders, providing commercial finance support.
- Produce budgets, forecasts and management reporting.
- Deliver insightful analysis of revenue, margins and business performance.
- Support strategic planning and growth initiatives.
- Improve financial processes, controls and reporting.
- Contribute to commercial projects and potential M&A activity.

Profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Previous experience within a finance business partnering, management accounting or financial analysis role.
- Strong forecasting, budgeting and commercial analysis skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across finance and operational teams.
- Proactive and curious mindset, with a desire to understand operational drivers and support decision-making.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment where priorities can evolve.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
