Join a growing international business in a highly visible finance role focused on commercial insight, forecasting and business partnering

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll help drive performance, support expansion plans and influence key business decisions.

Client Details

Our client is a highly successful international organisation undergoing a period of sustained growth and transformation. As part of their continued investment in finance and operational excellence, they are seeking a commercially focused Financial Controller to support a key business division.

Description

  • Business partner senior stakeholders, providing commercial finance support.
  • Produce budgets, forecasts and management reporting.
  • Deliver insightful analysis of revenue, margins and business performance.
  • Support strategic planning and growth initiatives.
  • Improve financial processes, controls and reporting.
  • Contribute to commercial projects and potential M&A activity.

Profile

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
  • Previous experience within a finance business partnering, management accounting or financial analysis role.
  • Strong forecasting, budgeting and commercial analysis skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across finance and operational teams.
  • Proactive and curious mindset, with a desire to understand operational drivers and support decision-making.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment where priorities can evolve.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
