Finance Business Partner – 12-month FTC
Salary: up to £60,000 per annum plus bonus & excellent benefits
Location: Hybrid – Southwest, United Kingdom
T2M Resourcing have been appointed to recruit a commercially minded Finance Business Partner for a leading employer in the Southwest. This role will initially be offered as a 12-month fixed term contract as the business go through high investment, change and transformation. The role will likely become a permanent appointment.
About the Role
As Finance Business Partner, you will partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight, strategic challenge and robust financial analysis that influence investment decisions, optimise business performance and support change. You will turn complex data into meaningful insight, ensuring every decision delivers value for our customers and the business.

Requirements
- Ideally a qualified Accountant
- Advanced Excel skills
- Commercially aware and highly numerate
- Ability to communicate performance in a meaningful way to non-finance colleagues
- Flexibility and ability to adjust to new demands
- A desire to drive continuous improvement
