Finance Business Partner – Revenue
Salary: £56,000 per annum
Location: Evesham
Reporting to: Senior Financial Planning Manager
We're looking for an experienced finance professional to join us as Finance Business Partner providing high-quality financial business partnering to our Customer, Property and Resources directorates.
This is a varied and influential role where you'll produce our monthly management accounts, lead the annual budget process, and work closely with senior managers to drive sound financial decision-making across the Group.
What you'll do
- Prepare monthly management accounts, with variance analysis, commentary and forecasts
- Present financial performance and reporting to the Executive Team
- Lead the annual budget setting process for the Customer, Property and Resources directorates
- Provide financial business partnering support to budget holders across the organisation
- Manage balance sheet reconciliations and support the statutory accounts process
- Act as key Finance contact for our Repairs and Maintenance Contract
- Lead, manage and develop the Assistant Finance Business Partner

About you:
- A recognised accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent), or be an exceptional finalist nearing qualification
- Experience producing management accounts, forecasts and variance analysis
- A track record of leading budget setting and monitoring processes
- Confidence presenting financial information to senior managers and/or Boards
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to lead, manage and motivate a team
