Are you a commercially focused finance professional looking for a role where you can make an immediate impact?
We're recruiting for a newly created Finance Business Partner opportunity with a well-known, globally recognised organisation. This is a highly visible role where you'll partner with senior stakeholders, influence key business decisions and provide the commercial insight that drives performance.
Working closely with both UK and global teams, you'll move beyond reporting to interpret the numbers, challenge thinking and support strategic decision-making. As Finance Business Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor, delivering financial insight that helps shape business strategy and improve commercial performance.

Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with stakeholders across the business to influence commercial decisions
- Delivering insightful financial analysis, reporting and performance commentary
- Building financial models to support forecasting, budgeting and business cases
- Producing meaningful reporting and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
- Identifying trends, opportunities and risks, presenting clear recommendations to senior leaders
- Collaborating with global finance teams on reporting and strategic initiatives
- Driving continuous improvement across reporting and business processes
About You
You'll be commercially minded, analytical and confident building relationships across the business. The successful candidate will have:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or be a finalist
- Strong Finance Business Partnering experience
- The ability to interpret data and influence business decisions
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling
- Experience using Power BI
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive approach with a passion for adding commercial value
