About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountant to join a listed business in a commercially focused Finance Business Partner role. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, influence key business decisions, and benefit from strong career progression.

We're partnering with a well-established listed business in Warrington to recruit a Finance Business Partner into a high-performing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their post-qualified career who wants to move beyond reporting and become a trusted commercial partner to the wider business.
Working closely with operational and senior stakeholders, you'll provide financial insight that supports decision-making, drives performance, and influences business strategy.

Description
As a Finance Business Partner, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate financial information while partnering with non-finance stakeholders to improve commercial performance.
Responsibilities Include:
- Partnering with operational teams to support commercial decision-making
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Analysing financial performance and identifying trends and opportunities
- Providing meaningful variance analysis and recommendations
- Supporting business cases, investment decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Working closely with senior finance colleagues on strategic projects

Profile
We're looking for someone who is:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
- Commercially minded with proven analytical skills
- Confident communicating with stakeholders across the business
- Proactive, curious, and keen to influence decision-making
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment
Job Offer
- Salary of £55,000 - £60,000
- Hybrid working - 3 days per week onsite in Warrington
