FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER – 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

ABOUT US

Every day, we push beyond expectations to help millions of people save money, at a time when it’s never mattered more. Through MoneySuperMarket, MoneySavingExpert, Quidco and our B2B partnerships we supply products to more than 24 million unique monthly visitors, helping UK households to save billions of pounds a year. Can you tell this is something we’re exceptionally proud of!

Creative, collaborative, ambitious – it’s hard work. But what makes it worth it? Leaving work knowing we’ve made a difference to our customers, users, and to each other.

Put our distinct brands together with our dedicated colleagues and you’ve got a workplace with lots of personality. We’re open-minded, diverse, and love our differences. Everyone plays a part, and comes together to work hard, go beyond, and make sure everyone feels they belong.

WHY JOIN THE TEAM?

The Commercial Finance team plays a critical role in our business, partnering with senior leaders and their teams to provide clear and accurate planning and forecasting, helping to ensure our commercial success and achieve our mission of ‘helping every household make the most of their money’.

You will be a close and trusted financial partner, embedded within the customer function providing valuable guidance and challenge on all key decisions. This role will provide detailed relevant insight into performance and its drivers, helping the function to optimise performance and achieve growth targets.

This is a 12-month FTC created to support the continued growth of our Customer propositions – including SuperSaveClub, Credit Monitor, and our newest additions Savings by MSM and Investments by MSM. It is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of MoneySuperMarket’s evolution from helping customers save money to helping them save and grow it.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Trading Process

  • Operate a strong trading process to deliver advanced insight and drive action to improve commercial performance
  • Ensure the Customer team are fully appraised of the financial performance of their business areas through key KPI’s and the potential value and implications of relative tactical and strategic options
  • Provide insight around total marketing performance and individual channels, including paid search (PPC), SEO/organic, CRM, Brand and App
  • Partner with channel owners to evaluate marketing efficiency and returns — including ROI/ROAS, LTV and payback — to guide budget allocation across PPC, SEO, CRM, Brand and App
  • Support evaluation of Brand and above-the-line investment where direct attribution is harder, using appropriate longer-term and blended measures
  • Support the coordination of cross-vertical marketing initiatives
  • Ensure issues and opportunities are recognised, analysed and raised with the relevant leadership team
  • Support the continuous improvement of Customer trading insight, working closely with the Data and BI teams

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
