Finance Business Partner (6–12 Month FTC/possible temp to perm) – Remote
Client: National charity
Salary: £50,000–£55,000 per annum
Reporting to: Head of Finance
We’re looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to provide high-quality financial insight, reporting and support to our budget holders and operational managers.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial performance reports
- Lead month-end processes (accruals, prepayments, deferred income, intercompany)
- Deliver budgeting and forecasting (including salary forecasts) and variance analysis
- Partner with non-finance stakeholders to support decision-making and performance
- Drive improvements in financial systems, reporting and processes

About you:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or finalist with relevant experience
- Strong experience in management accounts, budgeting and forecasting
- Proven track record of business partnering with non-finance stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar tools desirable
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills

This 6–12 month fixed-term, remote role is ideal for someone who can work at pace, manage multiple priorities and provide clear, actionable financial insight. There is also the opportunity that the role may go permanent for the right candidate.
