Looking for a role where you can influence commercial decisions rather than just report the numbers?

We're partnering with a fast-growing, innovation-led business that's investing heavily in its future. As part of a high-performing FP&A team, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders to evaluate major investment projects, improve financial performance, and help shape strategic decisions across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance Analyst, Management Accountant, or Financial Analyst looking to step into a broader, commercially focused role.

The Opportunity

  • Partner with operational and project teams to provide financial insight and challenge.
  • Own Capex reporting and enhance visibility of investment performance.
  • Deliver investment appraisals using NPV, IRR, ROI, and payback analysis.
  • Support business cases for strategic projects and future growth initiatives.
  • Monitor capital expenditure against budgets and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure the correct treatment of Capex vs Opex in line with accounting standards.
  • Build financial models that support key commercial decisions.
  • Track the financial benefits delivered from completed investment projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
