Description
- Provide financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company financial policies.

Profile
A Successful Finance Business Partner Should Have
- A strong background in accounting and finance, ideally within the Manufacturing industry.
- A relevant professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
- Able to commute to our client's office in Alfreton.
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
