Finance Business Partner — Part-time (30 hrs/week) — Fully Remote (UK)
Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 (£45,000 - £50,000 full-time equivalent)
About Us
We're agentOS, a Proptech and Fintech software company based in Cardiff, part of the Volaris Group. We build software that brings together property CRM and PropTech, helping our customers run their businesses better. We're a close-knit team who take our work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously, and wellbeing and having fun at work genuinely matter to us.
The Role
We're looking for a Finance Business Partner to own the day-to-day finance of a small, straightforward business, and to bring real financial planning and reporting discipline to how we operate within a larger group. Payroll and audit are outsourced, so this role is about hands-on financial management and forward-looking input, not administrative overhead. This is an individual contributor role with no line management responsibilities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
