As a Finance Business Partner

You'll play a key role in supporting decision-making by providing financial insights and analysis in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. Based in London, you'll ensure the business runs smoothly by managing budgets, forecasting, and offering strategic advice to key stakeholders.

This organisation operates within the industrial and manufacturing sectors and is based in North-West London.

Description

  • Analyse financial performance and provide regular reports to senior stakeholders.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitor spending against forecasts.
  • Support strategic decision-making by delivering financial insights and analysis.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Prepare and present financial models to support business planning.
  • Work closely with the wider finance team to improve reporting processes.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to mitigate or capitalise on them.

Profile

A Successful Finance Business Partner Should Have

  • Be currently studying a professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA (Part-Qualified Only)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • An understanding of the industrial or manufacturing sectors is beneficial.
