Alexander Lloyd are proud to be partnering with a truly market leading, multi-site and highly profitable organisation located within Bristol to recruit a Newly Qualified (1-3 year PQE) Finance Business Partner
Reporting to the HOF
This role will be 3 days per week in the office with occasional travel to other sites.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a fast-paced, operational business, partnering with senior leaders to drive financial performance, improve margins, and support strategic decision-making.

Duties will include:
- You'll lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, provide valuable commercial insight, and help ensure robust financial governance across a complex and evolving portfolio.
- Working closely with operational and commercial teams, you'll play a key role in delivering sustainable growth.
- The role also involves supporting monthly performance reviews, analysing trends, and identifying opportunities to improve margins, optimise costs, and strengthen working capital performance.
- Partner with Senior stakeholders across multiple sites.
- Monthly budgeting and forecasting.

Following skill set
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Newly Qualified (1-3 years PQE)
- Exposure to commercial finance or project accounting
- Excellent communication skills – the ability to partner with senior stakeholders (Both finance and non-finance professionals)
- Advanced Excel
- FPA and analytical mindset
