With consistent year-on-year growth, this services-based business is now looking to build upon their talented commercial finance team. A relatively new team that has been a key part of the commercial decision-making process for the last 5 years.
Recent investment will continue to lead the company towards acquiring further strategically aligned business acquisitions, to fuel European expansion and invest in better tech and processes internally.
This role will be partnering with a couple of fast-growing business units. Recent acquisitions that require a keen eye to understand their set up and operations, working from ground level all the way to senior execs and C-suite. You will provide strategic guidance through creative analysis, building plans that will have meaningful impact on the business, with a focus on revenue, sales, and market growth.

A background of working in dedicated commercial finance teams that have focused on growth and opportunities will, of course, be beneficial. Although, naturally, there will be a focus on cost further down the line as the businesses settles beyond their current high-growth activity.
