We are recruiting for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team in Swindon on a full-time permanent basis.

In This Role You Will

  • Be responsible for the maintenance of the financial control, including balance sheet reporting
  • Risks & opportunities analysis
  • P&L’s for the Branches
  • Reporting to stakeholders of all levels from Branch Managers to the UK Board
  • Be the lead for Forecasting and Budget planning for CSM, ensuring alignment between all stakeholders
  • Complete all month-end reporting within required deadlines

To Be Successful In This Role

  • Ideally, you will have a few years’ experience working in a commercial, fast-paced environment.
  • It would be great if you have relevant financial qualifications (CIMA/ACA or ACCA), however, we would still be keen to talk to you if you have gained relevant experience without the qualification to go with it.
  • An individual that would fit in well within our team will have great interpersonal skills, be outgoing, and have confidence in their finance abilities.
  • The team is based at our Swindon office, with hybrid working to balance coming together face-to-face as a team and having the flexibility to work from home.
