Are you an experienced finance professional looking for a role where you can influence business performance, lead a finance function and work closely with senior leadership? We are working with an established organisation looking for a Finance Business Partner to join its Leadership Team. This is a broad and commercially focused position, combining financial leadership, business partnering and team management.

Responsibilities

As a Finance Business Partner, you will:

  • Lead, mentor and develop the finance team of 5, supporting performance, succession planning and continuous development.
  • Coordinate the annual finance plan and oversee budgets, forecasts, management information, pricing and costing exercises across the Group.
  • Provide commercial financial insight to the Leadership Team, identifying trends, risks and opportunities and supporting key business cases and strategic decisions.
  • Manage financial controls, cost management, credit management and risk processes, ensuring strong financial discipline across the organisation.
  • Lead the year-end audit process and support the preparation of statutory accounts, tax computations and associated reporting requirements.

Requirements

As a Finance Business Partner, you will need:

  • ACA, ACCA OR CIMA full qualification (or equivalent
  • Experienced within a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years' leading and developing a team.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends and provide meaningful insight to senior stakeholders.
