Do you enjoy partnering with Brand, Sales and Finance teams to shape better decisions?

Can you connect revenue, margin, investment and market performance to practical recommendations that help brands grow profitably?

We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner – Brand who can take ownership of financial performance, planning and decision support across our brand portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who is naturally curious, commercially minded and confident influencing stakeholders across Finance, Brand, Sales, Category and Supply Chain.

You’ll help brand teams understand the commercial drivers behind performance, challenge assumptions in forecasts and business cases, and support decisions that improve NSV, gross profit and EBITDA. If you’re motivated by turning numbers into action, building trusted relationships and helping brands make commercially disciplined choices, we’d like to hear from you.

Where and how you'll work:

This is a full-time, office-based role in Manchester, NQ. You’ll report to the Senior Commercial Finance Manager and work closely with Brand, Sales, Category, Supply Chain and Finance teams to strengthen commercial decision making across All About Food.

Your focus will be making financial information clear, consistent and decision-ready so brand teams can act with confidence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
