Finance Business Partner
This Finance Business Partner role in Birmingham is a key position focusing on providing financial insights and support to help drive strategic decision-making. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the financial health and operational success of the business.

A reputable organisation within the property industry, based in Birmingham.
Description
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic business decisions.
- Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
- Analyse financial performance and identify areas for cost optimisation.
- Collaborate with operational teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
- Deliver regular financial reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
- Support the development of financial models to assess business opportunities.
- Provide recommendations for improving financial processes and efficiencies.

Profile
A Successful Finance Business Partner Should Have

- Professional qualification in accounting or finance, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Strong Project Management experience.
- Experience in the property industry or a related sector.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £70,000 to £80,000, dependent on the level of experience, plus package
- Hybrid working
