Title: Finance Business Partner
Salary: £90,000 + bonus and benefits

Location: City, London (hybrid working)
We’re recruiting a Finance Business Partner for a leading financial services broker based in Central London. Joining an established Finance team, this is a broad role combining commercial finance, reporting, planning and business partnering, with exposure to stakeholders across an international business.
You’ll partner with regional finance teams to provide insight into performance, support decision-making and help drive continued improvement across the finance function.

Key responsibilities include:
- Budgeting, forecasting and three-year planning
- Management reporting and performance analysis
- Providing commercial insight on key trends and variances
- Partnering with finance and operational stakeholders across EMEA
- Cash forecasting, working capital and liquidity reporting
- Supporting acquisitions, due diligence and business integrations
- Improving finance processes, systems and reporting
- Supporting internal controls, governance initiatives

We are looking for:
- A qualified accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
- Strong post-qualified experience within a complex or international business
- Excellent management reporting, budgeting and forecasting experience
- Strong commercial and analytical capability
- Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple regions
- Advanced Excel skills
- Exposure to controls, acquisitions or finance transformation would be advantageous
