Site Finance Business Partner

Location: Cambridge (Hybrid)
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Benefits

An established international manufacturing business is looking to appoint a commercially minded Site Finance Business Partner to support operational performance across multiple manufacturing locations.

This is a highly visible role that sits at the heart of the business, partnering with senior operational leaders to provide commercial insight, improve decision-making, and drive profitability. If you enjoy working beyond the numbers and influencing the direction of a manufacturing business, this could be an excellent opportunity.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the senior finance team, you'll work closely with site leadership and operational stakeholders to provide financial analysis, challenge, and support across three manufacturing facilities, including occasional international travel.

You'll play a key role in developing costing models, improving reporting, and providing the commercial insight needed to support pricing, investment decisions, and operational performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
