Finance Business Partner
Hertfordshire (Hybrid Working)
£70,000 - £75,000 + Benefits
A successful and growing business is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join its high-performing finance team. This is a commercially focused role with significant exposure to senior leadership, offering the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making and drive business performance across multiple areas of the organisation. This position would suit a confident and ambitious finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering with stakeholders to deliver meaningful commercial insight.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted finance partner to senior operational and commercial leaders
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
- Deliver insightful analysis to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Challenge and influence stakeholders to improve financial performance and drive profitability
- Develop robust financial models and business cases to support investment decisions
- Present financial results and recommendations to senior management
- Drive process improvements and enhance reporting capabilities across the business

About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with a strong academic record
- Proven Finance Business Partnering experience within a complex commercial environment
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insight
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leaders
- Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities
- Ambitious, proactive and motivated to progress within a growing business
