A leading organisation is seeking a Finance Business Partner to partner with senior leadership, drive financial performance and strengthen planning, forecasting and decision-making across the business.

The Role
As The Finance Business Partner, You’ll
- Partner with the Divisional Leadership Team and Functional Directors, providing insight, challenge and decision support.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning cycles.
- Develop P&L, cost and cash flow forecasts alongside scenario and sensitivity modelling.
- Analyse performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key risks and opportunities.
- Deliver clear, accurate management reporting and translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Support business cases, investment appraisals and ROI analysis.
- Drive cost discipline and improve financial accountability across the business.
- Develop dashboards, reporting automation and data visualisation.
- Support ERP transformation, process optimisation and continuous improvement.
- Maintain strong financial governance in line with IFRS and internal controls.

You
To Be Successful, You’ll Bring
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification.
- 15+ years’ experience across FP&A, finance business partnering or financial control.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling experience.
- Experience operating within a complex, matrix organisation.
- Advanced scenario modelling and financial analysis skills.
- Strong understanding of IFRS and financial controls.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and financial reporting systems.
- Data visualisation experience, ideally Power BI or similar.
- Construction or infrastructure sector experience would be advantageous.
- Confidence partnering with and constructively challenging senior leadership.
