Description
Partner with senior leaders to provide financial insight, challenge and strategic support.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for a portfolio of departments.
- Produce meaningful management information, financial analysis and business cases to support decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, helping them maximise resources and achieve their objectives.
- Drive process improvements, strengthen financial controls and support finance projects.
- Analyse complex data sets and present clear, actionable recommendations.

Profile
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent).
- Strong finance business partnering, budgeting and forecasting experience.
- Proven ability to influence and challenge non-finance stakeholders.
- Experience working in large, complex organisations.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and reporting tools such as Power BI or TM1.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience partnering with highly technical or specialist professionals, such as engineers, scientists, researchers or similar groups.
Job Offer
- Base Salary of £70,000
- Permanent position in the Not For Profit sector in Oxford.
