What You'll Be Doing as Finance Business Partner in Crick, Northampton:
- Deliver strategic financial partnership to key business areas, acting as the primary liaison for management and trading meetings.
- Provide actionable, commercially focused reporting that empowers business partners to make data-driven decisions.
- Articulate and interpret key financial performance metrics and trends, proactively highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Appraise investment proposals and conduct post-implementation reviews to support our investment strategy.
- Complete annual planning cycles in collaboration with finance teams, including budgets, reforecasts, and the 5-year plan.

Working Hours: Full-time, permanent 40 hours/week, Mon–Fri
What We’re Looking For:
- Fully qualified in CIMA, ACCA, or ACA.
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills with proven experience in manipulating large data slabs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data for both Finance and Non-Finance teams.
- Solid commercial awareness, including sales and margin experience, vendor management, and business processes.
- Preferred: Knowledge of SQL, process automation, and visualisation tools like Data Studio/Looker Studio.
- Preferred: Experience with profitability analysis, working capital management, and multi-site/supply chain knowledge.
