Mobilisation of Major Contract Wins | ISS UK

(UK Wide - Flexible on Location)

Are you a commercially focused Finance Business Partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy partnering with operational leaders, influencing strategic decisions, and helping mobilise large-scale client contracts?

ISS is looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join the team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, supporting the successful mobilisation of newly won client contracts. • Partner with Key Account Managers and senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight and financial support throughout the mobilisation of new contracts.
  • Own financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, month-end processes, billing, and contract performance across a portfolio of key accounts.
  • Identify commercial risks and opportunities, driving continuous improvement, cost optimisation, and process efficiencies.
  • Ensure robust contract governance, financial compliance, reconciliations, and accurate client reporting.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, operational teams, Procurement, and Finance to support successful commercial outcomes.
  • Provide meaningful financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and maximise contract performance.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
