Robert Walters - Finance Business Partner - Permanent - Hybrid - Solihull - £60,000 - £70,000 per annum + Car Allowance
Our client, a leading organisation is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to work closely with senior operational stakeholders, providing valuable financial insight and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.

- Partner with senior operational and commercial leaders to drive business performance.
- Oversee monthly management accounts and provide insightful variance analysis.
- Support monthly project and performance review meetings.
- Coordinate annual budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities.
- Identify and monitor financial risks and opportunities across the business.
Key Essentials of the Finance Business Partner:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Minimum 3 years' post-qualified experience.
- Strong Finance Business Partnering, forecasting and budgeting experience.
