Finance Business Partner
Hybrid | Salary c£90-£100k – Plus package
Want a seat at the table, not just a seat in finance? Venture Recruitment Partner is proud to partner with an innovative, rapidly growing international business that is transforming a traditional industry through technology, innovation and ambitious growth plans.
This is not a role for someone who simply wants to report the numbers.
We're looking for a commercially astute Finance Business Partner who wants to influence decisions, challenge thinking, drive performance and become a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders across the business.
You'll work closely with operational and commercial leaders, helping them understand the financial implications of their decisions, identifying opportunities for growth and profitability, and ensuring finance plays a key role in shaping the future direction of the business.
The Opportunity
This is a highly visible role where you'll operate as the financial conscience of the business, partnering with stakeholders across multiple functions to improve decision-making and drive commercial outcomes.
You'll be joining a business that is scaling quickly, investing heavily in its future and actively encouraging challenge, innovation and fresh thinking.
If you're ambitious, curious and enjoy influencing beyond finance, this could be the perfect next step.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
