Finance Business Partner

Central London | Hybrid Working | £65,000–£70,000 + Bonus

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Finance Business Partner to join a highly successful, market-leading business with annual revenues of approximately £2bn.

Based in Central London with a hybrid working model, this is a high-profile commercial finance role offering significant exposure to senior operational stakeholders and the opportunity to influence business performance across a large and complex organisation.

The Role

Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will act as a key finance partner to the business, providing commercial insight, challenge and analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.

You will also manage and develop two members of the finance team.

  • Partnering with senior operational and commercial stakeholders
  • Providing clear financial insight and recommendations to drive business performance
  • Leading budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting
  • Analysing revenue, costs, margins and key business drivers
  • Identifying opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency
  • Providing meaningful variance analysis and commentary
  • Supporting business cases and commercial decision-making
  • Challenging stakeholders and translating financial information into actionable recommendations
  • Managing, coaching and developing two finance team members
  • Supporting wider finance and business improvement projects

The Candidate

We are looking for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working closely with the business rather than operating purely within traditional financial reporting.

You will ideally:

  • Be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
  • Have previous Finance Business Partnering or commercial finance experience
  • Be comfortable working within a large, complex organisation
  • Have strong analytical and financial modelling skills
  • Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Be confident challenging and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Have previous management or mentoring experience

Package

  • £65,000–£70,000 basic salary
