Finance Business Partner
Central London | Hybrid Working | £65,000–£70,000 + Bonus
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Finance Business Partner to join a highly successful, market-leading business with annual revenues of approximately £2bn.
Based in Central London with a hybrid working model, this is a high-profile commercial finance role offering significant exposure to senior operational stakeholders and the opportunity to influence business performance across a large and complex organisation.
The Role
Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will act as a key finance partner to the business, providing commercial insight, challenge and analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.
You will also manage and develop two members of the finance team.

- Partnering with senior operational and commercial stakeholders
- Providing clear financial insight and recommendations to drive business performance
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting
- Analysing revenue, costs, margins and key business drivers
- Identifying opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency
- Providing meaningful variance analysis and commentary
- Supporting business cases and commercial decision-making
- Challenging stakeholders and translating financial information into actionable recommendations
- Managing, coaching and developing two finance team members
- Supporting wider finance and business improvement projects
The Candidate
We are looking for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working closely with the business rather than operating purely within traditional financial reporting.

You will ideally:
- Be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Have previous Finance Business Partnering or commercial finance experience
- Be comfortable working within a large, complex organisation
- Have strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Be confident challenging and influencing senior stakeholders
- Have previous management or mentoring experience
Package
- £65,000–£70,000 basic salary
