This is a commercially focused Finance Business Partner role within a growing property development and management group.

You will take ownership of service charge accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and business partnering activities while supporting operational and strategic decision-making.

Our client is a privately owned property business operating across development, construction, investment, lettings and block management. With ambitious growth plans, they offer a collaborative environment where finance plays a key role in driving business performance.

Description

  • Manage annual service charge accounts across a property portfolio.
  • Lead budget versus actual analysis and reconciliation processes.
  • Produce monthly financial reports, forecasts and variance analysis.
  • Partner with property and operational teams to provide financial insight.
  • Support service charge audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Resolve historic balance sheet reconciliations and improve financial controls.
  • Contribute to financial modelling, KPI reporting and business improvement projects.

Profile

  • ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified accountant.
  • Experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A or Management Accounting.
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience advantageous.
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
