Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Finance Business Partner to join our Commercial Finance team. This role provides financial and analytical support to the Away From Home (AFH) business, partnering closely with Commercial teams to drive profitable growth, support customer strategy and deliver financial commitments.

The successful candidate will play a key role in forecasting, performance management and commercial decision-making, providing timely insights and recommendations to help shape business outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive finance professional looking to further develop their business partnering and commercial finance skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Performance Management

  • Support delivery of the AFH Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasting processes and long-term planning.
  • Own regular performance reporting, forecasting and financial analysis for the AFH channel.
  • Deliver clear and actionable insights on risks, opportunities and business performance.
  • Support monthly business reviews and financial reporting requirements, including leadership updates and KPI reporting.
  • Track delivery of key initiatives and financial commitments against plan.

Management of Financial Reporting and KPIs to Region and Global Teams

Business Partnering & Commercial Support

  • Partner with Commercial teams to support customer, channel and growth opportunities.
  • Provide financial modelling, scenario analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Support development of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and customer negotiations.
  • Support new business opportunities through robust financial assessment and business case development.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to support delivery of channel objectives.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • Qualified finance professional with relevant post-qualification experience.
  • FMCG or commercial finance experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
